Scott Glynn, the creator, has designed the EASY™ Safety Training System building upon over 30 Years’ combined experiences in the skilled trades industry, oil and gas and the safety training field.
He has developed this EASY™ to use system by listening to personnel from various industries and positions; from top oil executives to individuals struggling with literacy.
Throughout the many years in these industries Scott acquired his knowledge of what people need in a training program, by both working side by side with these men and women and as a safety trainer.

- Attend and successfully complete an EASY™ 3-Day Train-The-Trainer program.
- Attend and successfully complete an EASY™ Course specific Train-The-Train

A successful safety trainer is not as simple as just showing up and reading the information.
EASY™ knows what it takes to become a great safety trainer and will work with you over 3-Days to ensure you do as well.
Our Train-The-Trainer program is designed in the same Tell-Show-Do format as all of our individual safety courses.
